Do you guarantee my website to reach the number 1 spot on Google?  

Before we start to answer this common question I will cut straight to the chase….This quote is taken directly from the Google Webmaster Guidelines…

“No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.

Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a "special relationship" with Google, or advertise a "priority submit" to Google. There is no priority submit for Google”. 

The only way someone can give a 100% guarantee that your website will reach number 1 in the Google search results is if you participate in a pay per click campaign.

If a company advertises guaranteed results, firstly, they are blatantly contradicting Google's webmaster guidelines, secondly, there is every chance they will be undertaking black hat seo tactics to artificially and temporarily boost your website rankings which will quite possibly see your website banned/removed from Google's index. So do it right – don’t get banned!!!  

The amount of time it takes to naturally and ethically increase your website rankings depends purely on the level of competition within your industry.

So while there is no 100% guarantee of a specific ranking position, what we will say is this…
